Fee Schedule
Cancellation Policy
-
Administrative Fee: $110 per mediation (non-refundable)
-
Hourly Rate (Two Parties): $275.00 per party, per hour
-
Hourly Rate (Three or More Parties): $225.00 per party, per hour
There is a two-hour minimum for half-day mediations and a six-hour minimum for full-day mediations. The estimated fee for your session is based on the time reserved. An invoice will be issued after the mediation is completed, and payment should be made according to the instructions provided on the invoice.
This engagement is accepted based on our professional relationship and is considered an agreement with both counsel and their clients, jointly and severally. Counsel for each party is responsible for ensuring all mediation fees are paid in full and on time.
If a mediation is cancelled or rescheduled less than three business days before the scheduled session, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is equal to the minimum reserved time — 2 hours for a half-day session or 6 hours for a full-day session — and will be divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing. This policy helps ensure fair compensation for the time set aside exclusively for your mediation.
